Sam joined Adams Environmental Engineering Group in January 2024 and is responsible for permitting and maintenance of multiple long-term projects, including monthly tank inspections, well gauging, and groundwater sampling. Daily tasks include report and workplan writing, maintaining permit flow in various jurisdictions, conducting field work, and communication with government officials, subcontractors, and colleagues.

• OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety and Health
• OSHA certified in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.10 Hazardous Waste Operations
• Steel Tank Institute (STI) Certified SP001 AST Inspector
• Confined Space Operations Certified
• Delaware UST Installer
• Delaware UST Retrofitter
